If you’ve gotten to this stage in your systematic review, you’ve identified all of the evidence that might answer your research question, narrowed that evidence down to the studies that are relevant, and extracted your data. Now, to evaluate the quality of the data you extracted, you need to look at each of the studies and assess their “risk of bias.”
